1: Burrata with grilled peaches

Ingredients :

  • 2 peaches, cut into 8 wedges each
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 burrata of 225 g
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp Espelette pepper
  • Arugula leaves, to taste
  • Fleur de sel, to taste
  • Toasted bread slices, to taste

1) Brush the peach quarters with olive oil.

2) Grill the peaches on both sides, in a pan or on the barbecue, until hot, about 5 minutes.

3) Place the burrata on a serving plate and cut it in half. Add the peaches and salad. Season with a mixture of oil, vinegar, and honey.

4) Add the Espelette pepper, a pinch of fleur de sel and pepper.

5) Serve with toast.

2: Salty cookies with chorizo ​​and sun-dried tomatoes

Ingredients :

  • Flour 75g
  • Chorizo ​​20g
  • Tomatoes 50g
  • Grated Parmesan 30g
  • Egg 1
  • Butter 40g
  • Almond powder 1 tbsp.
  • Dried oregano 2 tbsp
  • Yeast 1 tsp
  • 1 pinch of salt

1) Preheat the oven to 210°C

2) Cut the chorizo ​​into small pieces

3) Drain and cut the dried tomatoes into small cubes

4) Mix the flour, yeast, salt, almond powder and dried oregano in a bowl.

5) Add the chorizo, sundried tomatoes, parmesan, egg and melted butter and mix well until you get a smooth paste.

6) Line a baking sheet with baking paper

7) Form the cookies on the baking sheet and then place them in the oven.

8) Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown

3: Samosas with candied beets and feta

Ingredients :

  • 75g of Feta
  • 1 spring onion
  • honey soup
  • 5 sprigs of thyme
  • 3g melted butter
  • Parsley
  • 3 Brick Sheet
  • 1 cooked red beetroot

1) Wash and slice the onions.

2) Cut the cooked beets into small cubes

3) Crumble the feta into a salad bowl

4) Add the beets, onions, thyme leaves and chopped parsley

5) Mix well then pour in the honey and a little olive oil to bind the preparation.

6) Season with salt and pepper

7) Preheat the oven to 200°C

8) Cut each sheet of brick pastry into a semicircle

9) Fill the brick pastry sheets and fold them into triangles to form samosas

10) Put the samosas in the oven for 10 minutes, after having brushed them with melted butter.
